Forthcoming Seminars Breakfast Briefs - Spring 2007 – Nottingham - Free The New Companies Act We will be running a series of breakfast briefings on the new Companies Act.
Where and When? Mitchell Wilde LLP, Mercury House, Shipstones Business Centre, Northgate, Nottingham. Each event begins at 7.30am with registration and a light breakfast. The Speakers Paul Mitchell Paul’s professional background is in litigation and dispute resolution. He deals with cases from debt collection to fraud, and disputes within and between businesses. He has conducted landmark cases in the Court of Appeal and House of Lords.
