We are a niche commercial law practice with innovative marketing and business development styles, often able to reach places where larger firms can’t go. In little over one year we have built an enviable client base – from broadcasting and media to entertainment and leisure, and from manufacturing to professional services. Old fashioned in our idea of client service, but at the cutting edge in use of technology to provide a quality service, we are working rapidly towards Lexcel accreditation. Recent work has included: advice on a share offer to raise capital in excess of £2 million the acquisition of accountancy practices, share sales and purchases, partnership formations, drafting terms and conditions for internet trading, acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial property.
We have a specialization in computer and IT law rarely found in a smaller general commercial firm. Working closely with the partners you will be charged with further development and delivering new business, while taking on a wide ranging case load of business documentation and transactions. You will need to demonstrate the ability to deal with a diversity of work for a variety of different sorts of client, developing strong and sound relationships with them.
