This is an important document that sets out the management and administrative structure of your new company. It addresses issues such as director’s duties, meetings, dividends etc. However, should you require a more bespoke document, or indeed if you want a shareholders agreement, a set of terms and conditions or anything that will assist you in the effective running of your business, you will be glad to have the assured support of our expert team to call upon.
