We understand that small and large businesses have differing needs. We tailor ourselves to suit the client, to meet their commercial property requirements in a practical and efficient manner.

We advise on a broad range of property transactions:-

Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property;
Acting for a Landlord or Tenant on the granting, renewal, assignment and surrender of leases; and
Landlord and tenant advice.

We also work closely with our Commercial Litigation department, who are always on hand to assist with commercial property disputes arising from tenant defaults such as dilapidations, failure to pay rent, sub-letting without consent and disputes over landlord/tenant rights.
